TICKETS

• All children playing must have purchased a ticket for the session they are attending. Babies is arms are free.
• Customers with pre-booked tickets are given priority on entry. We cannot guarantee entrance for guests who have not pre-booked. It is recommended to book in advance to avoid disappointment on the day.
• The ticket price includes entrance for the session you have selected.

The ticket price does not include food and drink. Food and drink can only be consumed from our in house café – Industry

• All tickets are non-refundable. To transfer your booking we require 24 hours’ notice.

SECURITY

• We have CCTV within the centre for security purposes.

PHOTGRAPHY

• Guests can take photographs of their own children. Please do not take photographs of other children.
• Written consent will be given by the parents if Solihull Play Town asks to take photographs of children playing for our social media or website.
