Welcome to ‘Solihull Play Town’.
Play Town is a safe, creative and imagination-based role play centre in the heart of Solihull. At our bespoke and carefully designed learning space, your children can discover life as doctor, experience being a fire fighter, enjoy getting pampered in the salon, or even work as a shop assistant.
Their imagination may even take them in another direction and they’ll want to explore being a builder or a chef. We also have a town green where they can enjoy cooking on the BBQ, serve ice creams or have fun catching up with friends at the picnic bench.

Parents have not been forgotten though, don’t worry! We have an onsite café with table service that you can relax in, enjoy a coffee and cake, all whilst watching your loved ones explore and play in a safe and creative environment.

FAQs
Our first session is at 9:30am
Pre-booking is not essential however we recommend it to avoid disappointment at the door. We operate strict limits on the number of people in the building during each play session and will not exceed this.
We offer three daily sessions with enough time in-between to allow us time to clean and tidy up. We want the children to have the best experience.
You can arrive at any time during a play session but you will be required to leave at the end of that session even if you have not been there for the full 75/90 minutes.
Our amazing onsite ‘Café OOSS’ will be serving hot and cold drinks as well as fresh cakes and healthy snack options.
We offer exclusive venue hire for parties. Please contact us for more details.
Yes we have wheelchair access.
For health and safety reasons and to ensure a quality experience for all of our visitors, we have to restrict the total number of entrants to Play Town and therefore all spaces are chargeable.
We believe that Play Town will be most appealing to children from walking age (12 months) to 5 years. Children up to 5 years old are welcome to play, especially those that enjoy role play and dressing up.
We provide high chairs and have baby change facilities onsite.
We do accept most major credit and debit cards.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accommodate buggies or prams within the play centre. However, we do provide a buggy shelter outside. Car seats are permitted inside the play centre.
Pre-booked tickets are non refundable. With a minimum of 24 hours notice we can transfer your booking to an alternative date.

My son’s new fave place! Brilliant variety of role play and designed with kids enjoyment and safety at the forefront, with the added bonus of being able to watch with a coffee and cake in hand! Spotlessly clean, helpful and friendly staff and just a lovely atmosphere- looking forward to coming again!
My 3 year old loves absolutely loved it here. She’s a big fan of role play and spent hours playing happily; she even let Mummy enjoy a coffee with a friend! The equipment was really clean and all the staff were super friendly. Can’t wait for our next visit
